Returns Policy of Giclée Paintings by Curtis R Doll Jr

All paintings are sold unframed and rolled in tubes with the exception of oversized paintings. The painting(s) will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, but on rare occasions up to a month upon receipt of payment.

If framing is requested be absolutely positive you love the painting, because the returns policy will be negated and there will be an extra charge for the framing and shipping.

The painting must be in its original condition to receive a refund. This means no tears, fingerprints, smudges or stains on the painting itself or on the white border around the image.

It's recommended that you handle the painting with gloves and care and keep it away from food, drinks, and children.

All returns should be shipped back in the original packaging.

You must notify the seller of your intent to return the painting within 10 days of receiving it.

Returns should be sent to 127 John Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331-3350 USA.

The painting must be shipped back to the provided address within the initial 10-day time period.

The refund will be processed within 7 days of the seller receiving the returned painting provided it is in mint condition.

The refund amount will be either $576.34 or $311.34 depending on a first or second purchase, as there will be a $47.35 restocking fee.
