Concordia is a symbol of the agreement and harmony in matters of doctrine and practice set forth in the Confessions of the Lutheran Church which are contained in the Book of Concord of 1580. It consists of Luther's Coat of Arms imposed on a harp. The harp represents harmony and the Coat of Arms refers to the Lutheran Church.
